Cigarettes are sent from Europe via airmail/registered mail and may need to be signed for upon arrival.
All packages are shipped in a discreet way. If the order is too large, to avoid issues with the customs, it will be divided into two or more packages (the number of the cartons in a parcel depends on the ordered brand). The parcels are shipped on the same day but in rare cases they reach destination together. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 7 – 10 days.
Delivery times are as follows:
- USA & Canada: 14-30 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Australia: 20-40 business days
- Other Countries: 10-40 business days

If your goods are not received in time, please email us providing your order number and we will initiate a tracking procedure for your non-delivered order. If you will not receive the package and we are not able to locate it we initiate the procedure to reship/refund the order, whichever you prefer.
Some countries may impose taxes on the imported cigarettes. It is the customer responsability to pay these taxes!
